Civil litigation, on flat fees

Your lawsuit, priced before it begins

Three trial lawyers in Charlotte for contract, partnership and construction disputes. We sue and we defend, for owner-run companies and the people who own them, and we meet clients anywhere in the state by video.

The lawyers

Who stands up when your case is called

Each of us leads some cases and is second chair on the rest. You meet both lawyers on your case in the first call, and the same two see it through.

Practice

The disputes we take on

We represent plaintiffs and defendants. Most clients are companies of a few to a few dozen people, and the owners behind them.

  1. Unpaid invoices, broken supply and service agreements, non-competes, and deals that came apart after signing.

  2. Deadlocked owners, buyouts, withheld distributions, and claims that a partner broke their duties to the company.

  3. Payment claims and liens, defects, delay, and disputes between owners, builders and trades.

  4. When a case will not settle, we try it: to a judge, a jury or an arbitration panel.

Send the complaint before the deadline runs

A lawsuit gives you a short time to answer, and the clock started when you were served. Send what you received, or the demand you were about to send, and we reply with the first stage's fee and what it covers.
