This page explains what the firm collects through this site and what it does with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you write. The site also keeps basic technical records, such as pages visited, to keep it working.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to check whether the firm can take the matter without a conflict of interest. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The firm's lawyers and staff, and the service providers who host the site and our email, under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

If we don't take the matter, we keep a short record for conflict checks and delete the rest. If we do, it becomes part of the client file and is kept as professional rules require.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where the rules allow, write to office@ravenelfairclough.com.
