Saoirse Mabry
Partner
Represents owners of closely held companies in buyouts, deadlocks, and claims of breach of duty.
Saoirse works on the disputes that happen inside a company: two founders who no longer agree, a family business split between siblings, a minority owner shut out of the books. She acts for the owner leaving, the owner staying, and sometimes the company. Many of her cases end in a buyout she negotiates before trial, priced off a valuation both sides have seen.

How Saoirse runs a case
She asks for the operating agreement, the last three years of statements and a list of who controls the bank accounts before the first call. Those three things decide which exits are open.
She prepares mediation like a hearing, with a written statement, the numbers and a proposed price, because most of her cases are settled on that day.
